The latest addition of Sew Somerset, coming out June first. My birds of poetry and a how-to article were published in it. It's not my usual color palette, I wanted to try a more muted color scheme, but It makes me want to run back to my magenta, chartreuse and tangerine. I can't get enough color, but it's good to try new things. I had fun stenciling the tree designs on the birds and I enjoyed the hand stitching I did on the wings.
I L.O.V.E. your birds and your feature article. Your mix of things in each one is just amazing.

Here's a good one. I was perusing a new Somerset brand magazine today (don't remember which one), and I came across an ad for Sew Somerset. The two pictures that were in the ad were of your and my work. That made me smile.
