I had to make a new journal quick for Journalfest, so I covered a .99 cent composition book. This is the cover, red letter paper and polka dot tape. The black part is an old stencil.

Love it. Where did you get the polka dot tape? I have some I got from ebay and people always ask me where I got mine because they want some too, but the seller I got mine from only had the rolls I bought. Can you help us?
