Hey folks, if you have commented before you can comment again for a chance to win a copy of my new book, Acrylic Techniques in Mixed Media, I need a few more comments to select a new winner!
Thanks for all the great comments.
Well I'd really really love to win this lovely book, so thanks for letting us comment again. I have been away from acrylics too long and need a nudge to get back into it. Nudge me!
I too have just found your blog. I would love to have your book. I am very new to acrylics and mixed media having now left my career as a physics teacher of 30 years. Now I am free to dabble and play and let my heart go in the form of visual art. I am so lucky I have art at the moment as my DH has just been diagnosed with ******. We are being strong but I find art (sketching, doodling) so therapeutic to cope with the loss and changes in our life at the moment and in the future. I can draw over those thoughts at the back of my mind. All the best to everyone.
Well... I would love to win your book! I can't remember where I first saw your work... maybe Somerset Studio or a zine swap with Alma Stoller. It was years and years ago and I instantly LOVED it! Your style and sense and color is so unique. I'd love a peek into your techniques and more photos of your stunning work.
Wow, Roxanne! I just found your blog today, and am thrilled to see this book and this giveaway opportunity! My current obsession is carving stamps with Speedball rubber. I wanted to try it for SO long, and now that I have finally done it, I'm wondering what took me so long to start!
I just saw this book on Amazon - looks awesome! I am a wanna-be art journaler that has lots and lots of paint and stencils, but just needs some direction to get started (and inspiration :-) )!
Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy. Looks like fun.
